Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, building and preparing a range of Streamline® professional cleaning equipment, including water purification systems, water-fed poles, pressure washing equipment and associated components.

You will work as part of our production team to ensure products are manufactured and assembled efficiently, accurately and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in producing high-quality finished products.

Duties

• Assemble and manufacture Streamline® cleaning equipment in line with specifications and production requirements.
• Build and assemble water purification vessels, water-fed poles, pressure washing equipment and other associated products and components.
• Install and connect pumps, hoses, fittings, valves, electrical components and otherequipment where required.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble, secure and finish products accurately and efficiently.
• Follow technical drawings, build instructions and specifications to ensure products are assembled correctly.
• Carry out quality checks on completed products to ensure they meet Streamline® standards before dispatch.
• Identify and report any component, quality or production issues to the relevant team member.
• Safely handle and move materials, components and finished products around the workshop.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop, following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Work closely with other production and warehouse team members to meet production schedules and customer deadlines.

Skills

• Good practical and mechanical aptitude, with an interest in assembling and building technical products.
• Experience with mechanical assembly, pipework, plumbing or electrical components would be advantageous.
• Confidence using hand tools such as screwdrivers, spanners, wrenches, pliers and hammers.
• Experience using power tools including drills, saws and other relevant workshop equipment.
• Ability to follow technical drawings, instructions and product specifications accurately.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing consistently high-quality work.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve basic assembly issues.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to safely carry out manual handling and lifting as required.
• Good organisation, reliability and a positive approach to work.
