Production Technician

About the role

Kairos Global Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join our manufacturing facility in Kluang, Johor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our assembly and process operations. As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to the efficiency of our manufacturing processes. This role is essential to our ability to deliver high-quality products on schedule and forms an integral part of our production team.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical assembly and production work according to engineering drawings, specifications and work instructions.

• Perform drilling, cutting, grinding, fitting and other basic fabrication activities where required.

• Ensure all components and materials used are correct and properly identified before assembly.

• Complete production work according to the assigned schedule and required delivery dates.

• Assist with machine setup, adjustment and basic troubleshooting during production.
