You'll work alongside experienced craftsmen who believe that details matter, that systems make us better, and that every vehicle we build carries our reputation into the backcountry. What You'll Do

• Install, assemble, and integrate components and systems throughout the TruckHouse camper build
• Perform mechanical, electrical, plumbing, interior, and exterior installations according to work instructions, drawings, schematics, and build specifications
• Work across multiple production departments and processes to move vehicles efficiently through the build
• Plan your work by identifying required parts, tools, materials, and information before starting a task
• Perform in-process quality checks throughout the build, catching issues before they become problems
• Troubleshoot fit, function, and installation issues and work with team leads and engineering to identify and resolve root causes
• Read and work from technical drawings, schematics, work instructions, and customer-specific build specifications
• Crimp, terminate, route, label, and secure electrical connections while maintaining internal workmanship standards
• Install and test plumbing systems, fittings, hoses, and components according to specifications
• Perform mechanical assembly and installation using hand and power tools with a focus on precision, fit, and finish
• Document work completed and flag deviations, defects, or design issues for review
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to improve work instructions, tooling, fixtures, and production processes
• Help identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, quality, organization, and repeatability
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area that reflects our commitment to excellence
• Support other production areas as needed to keep builds moving and help the team succeed

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in automotive, fabrication, assembly, manufacturing, marine, aerospace, or a similar technical environment
• Strong hands-on mechanical aptitude and comfort working with a wide range of tools and materials
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and detailed work instructions
• Experience installing mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems
• Ability to plan and organize your own work while adapting to changing production priorities
• Strong troubleshooting skills – when something doesn't fit, work, or make sense, you figure out why
• Attention to detail and a high standard for workmanship, fit, function, and finish
• Ability to perform quality checks and recognize when work does not meet specification
• Comfortable working in a high-mix, low-volume production environment where every build may present something new
• Team player who communicates openly, asks questions, and helps others succeed
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
