What they need
· Carry out work according to the production plan and complete various production tasks.
· Operate machine, process and control product quality in the production process.
· Responsibility on machine, facilities, tools or jigs to make sure it always at fit to use condition.
· Responsible for on-site 5S and personnel safety discipline management.
· Multitasking and flexible to perform at any production processes or assigned task.
· Organize personnel reasonably to improve production efficiency
· Conduct troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of equipment when required.
· Assist and participate in activities related to quality prevention, improvement activities and projects related to production processes and product.
· Responsible to take preventive action for any accident/incident from happening at production shop floor and during the production.
