What they need
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and ensure production machinery operates efficiently with minimal downtime.
Perform basic electrical wiring, welding and machine repairs as required.
Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections of production equipment.
Record inventory usage and log daily equipment operating hours.
Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or machine abnormalities to improve efficiency and maximize production output.
What we're looking for:
Possess at least Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent; OR relevant working experience in related fields.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in related fields is preferable.
Knowledge of 3-phase electrical wiring, PLC-controlled processing systems and basic welding is preferred.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to travel and work at other branch factories to provide technical and maintenance support as needed.
Able to work rotating shifts as required.
