About the Role

We are looking for ITI-qualified and technically skilled candidates to join our Production Team as Production Technicians. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build their career in the fast-growing Electric Vehicle (EV) and Automobile Manufacturing Industry.

The selected candidates will be involved in various production and assembly activities related to EV two-wheelers and will gain practical exposure to modern manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform production and assembly activities as per company standards and work instructions.
• Assist in the assembly, fitting, wiring, and installation of EV components.
• Operate basic production tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow production schedules and maintain required quality standards.
• Inspect components and finished products for basic quality and assembly issues.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the production area.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Report technical issues, defects, or abnormalities to the Production Supervisor.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and proper use of safety equipment.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and workplace safety guidelines.

Eligibility

• ITI Pass in Fitter, Electrician, Mechanic, or other relevant technical trades.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with relevant experience in automobile, EV, electrical, mechanical, or manufacturing industries will have an added advantage.
• Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Compensation

CTC: 1.86 LPA – 2.00 LPA
