Production Technician

Job Responsibilities

Perform mechanical, electrical, and optical assembly & testing

Work with vacuum systems

Carry out cleaning, packing, and inspection of parts/assemblies

Complete electronic production records

Improve processing time and production efficiency

Follow company safety, quality, and cleanliness standards

Support continuous improvement activities

Assist with training other employees when required

Adapt between different departments based on business needs

Annual Leave: 10 days

Transportation: Company shuttle bus provided

3443 Rotating Shift (12 hours)

✅ Requirements / Skills

✔️ Diploma in Engineering

✔️ Able to read mechanical drawings & assembly work instructions

✔️ Experience using hand tools (e.g., torque driver)

✔️ Basic electrical testing & alignment knowledge

✔️ Able to interpret schematics

✔️ Basic numeracy skills

✔️ Good English communication

Added Advantage:

SAP experience

Experience with optic fiber, lasers, or splicing

Cleanroom experience (ISO Class 6/7)

Lean Manufacturing experience

Laser/Optics related certification
