Production Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO)

Partner with the Campus Production Director to support the production needs and vision of campus ministries

and events.

Help operate/oversee AVL and Graphics positions for services, rehearsals, and special events when needed.

Schedule and communicate with production volunteers through Planning Center/Clearstream for Weekend

Services, Youth, Young Adults, and other assigned ministries.

Recruit, train, develop, and onboard volunteers through clear systems, workflows, shadowing opportunities, and

ongoing coaching.

Lead and support production teams for midweek ministries such as Young Adults and Youth, ensuring ministry

leaders are equipped and production needs are met.

Prepare and manage service content - loading presentations, media, and production assets for campus ministries

and events.

Assist with the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, organization, and repair of production equipment and

systems.

Maintain clean, organized, and ministry-ready production and volunteer spaces.

Participate in staff meetings, rehearsals, planning sessions, and weekly one-on-one meetings with the Campus

Production Director.

Champion the vision and culture of Victory through volunteer development, team building, cross-training, and

effective communication.

Provide Front of House (FOH) and Monitor Engineer coverage as needed in place of contracted personnel for

weekends and mid-week services.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of production training and/or equivalent experience in a live production

environment.

COMPUTER / SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

ProPresenter, Dropbox, Planning Center, ClearCom, Microsoft Office Suite,

MacOS, Clearstream, Rock
