Job Summary
Spectrum Scientific is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Support Technician to assist with daily manufacturing and production operations. This entry-level, part-time position involves a variety of hands-on support tasks, including material cleaning, organization, and general shop assistance. Flexible scheduling is available, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain practical experience in a technical manufacturing environment.

Duties

• Perform general support tasks and assist with day-to-day operational needs across the organization.
• Assist with production activities including handling raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Support basic assembly, inspection, cleaning, and packaging processes.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Follow documented procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements.
• Work collaboratively with team members to help meet production schedules and operational goals.

Experience

• Previous manufacturing or hands-on work experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions effectively
• Ability to work well with others and staying organized in a fast-paced setting
