What You'll Do

• Produce high-quality products according to established work instructions and quality standards
• Perform visual inspections throughout the production process
• Clean, inspect, and handle lenses and other components with care and attention to detail
• Support molding, assembly, finishing and other production operations as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
• Work across multiple production areas based on business needs
• Identify quality issues and communicate concerns to leads
• Assist team members and contribut to a positive team environment
• Continuously learn new processes and skills through cross-training opportunities

Preferred Experience

We're especially interested in candidates with experience in any of the following areas:

• Silicone molding or other molding processes
• Injection molding
• Wiring or electrical assembly
• Lighting or UVA-related manufacturing
• Laser operation or laser manufacturing processes
• Sewing, upholstery or other craftsmanship-based work
• Roles requiring strong attention to detail
• Cross-functional manufacturing environments

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
