Production Technician

TLX Technologies is looking for Production Technicians to join our manufacturing team!

Shifts available:

Am Shift- 5:45AM-2:15PM Monday-Friday (FT or PT)

Pm Shift- 2:30PM-11:00PM Monday-Friday (FT or PT)

This is a hands-on technical role for someone who enjoys assembly, troubleshooting, testing, and problem-solving. You'll work with production equipment and products, diagnose issues, and collaborate with our Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to keep operations running efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Perform advanced product assembly, setup, testing, inspection, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose product, equipment, and process issues using blueprints, drawings, wiring information, measurements, and test data.
• Perform approved product rework and make necessary adjustments to meet specifications.
• Identify root causes of production problems and help implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production to resolve technical challenges.
• Maintain accurate production, testing, and quality documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, fixtures, testing methods, and overall efficiency.
• Share technical knowledge and assist in training other production employees.
• Follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of hands-on technical experience required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
• Experience with assembly, testing, measurement tools, and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
• Basic computer skills, including electronic documentation, email, and spreadsheets.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Equivalent hands-on technical experience will be considered in place of formal technical education.
