Production Technician

Job Title: Production Technician
Pay Rate: $25/HR.
Duration: 6 months
Location: Seabrook, NH
Shift**: 8 AM to 5 PM**

Job Duties:

• Spray sheets of material using an adhesive dispensing robot.
• Operate basic production/testing equipment as required.
• Package sprayed sheets and materials into boxes.
• Move materials using carts or dollies as needed.
• Perform repetitive hand movements and remain standing for extended periods.
• Complete basic data entry, production documentation, and notes.
• Follow established safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.
• Handle adhesive materials safely according to workplace procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome; manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
• Ability to learn and operate basic production equipment.
• Basic Microsoft Office and data-entry skills.
• Good communication and note-taking skills.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be comfortable wearing required PPE, including lab coat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed shoes, and hearing protection as applicable.

Nice to Have

• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or laboratory experience.
• Experience operating production or dispensing equipment.
• Experience with adhesives or other manufacturing materials.
• Experience with production documentation or data entry.
• Familiarity with basic testing equipment.

Work Environment

This position is primarily a hands-on production role involving material spraying, packaging, repetitive movements, and extended periods of standing. Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. may be required. Carts/dollies are available to assist with material movement.

Note: Sanding and truck loading/unloading are not part of the primary job duties

Pay: $25.00 per hour
