Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Production Technician – Curing with hands-on experience in tyre curing operations and curing press machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor tyre curing presses.
- Load green tyres and unload cured tyres safely.
- Monitor curing time, temperature, pressure and other process parameters.
- Ensure proper mould and bladder operation.
- Perform routine machine and process checks.
- Identify curing defects and abnormalities.
- Maintain production and quality records.
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams.
- Follow SOPs, safety, PPE, 5S and housekeeping standards.
- Maintain production targets and product quality.
