Production Technician (EMS US MNC)

Location: Kallang Road
Salary: Basic up to $2,500 + High OT (Gross up to $3,500++)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Daily OT approximately 2 hours)

A global technology and manufacturing company specialising in interconnect solutions, including wire harnesses, cables, connectors, and integrated systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble system racks and basic electrical/electronic components according to production requirements.
• Read and follow assembly instructions, engineering drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Operate hand tools and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
• Conduct functional testing and basic troubleshooting on assembled products.
• Ensure completed products meet required quality and workmanship standards.
• Maintain proper 5S, safety, and workplace organisation practices.
• Support and guide production operators in achieving quality and productivity targets.
• Complete production records, checklists, and documentation accurately.
• Perform other production-related duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience in electronics, electrical, assembly, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Familiar with basic troubleshooting and functional testing.
• Comfortable using hand tools and production equipment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and workplace safety.
• Good teamwork and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
