Production Technician (Etching)

Key Responsibilities

1.     Set up new product including machine tool installation and machine parameters setting.

2.     Set up machine preparation and process according to work order.

3.     Troubleshooting for defect or line abnormality.

4.     Fix and maintain stability on all production including machine or process in manufacturing.

5.     Perform routine chemical replenishment if necessary

6.     Perform machine condition checking to ensure no interruption of production process

7.     Assist in machine schedule preventive maintenance      programs

8.     Maintaining 5s at the work place.

9.     Preparation of production report and record according to the production procedures

Education & Qualification

Certificate/Diploma in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or any other related engineering field

Experience

1.     Minimum 2 years relevant or manufacturing environment experience

2.     Able to work in chemical, hot and noisy environment pressure.
