Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Production Technicians – Finishing with hands-on experience in tyre finishing and final inspection operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor tyre finishing and inspection equipment.
- Conduct first examination and final inspection of tyres.
- Identify visual, dimensional and manufacturing defects.
- Ensure finished tyres meet required quality specifications.
- Operate inspection equipment according to defined procedures.
- Segregate defective tyres and maintain inspection records.
- Identify process abnormalities and report them to the concerned team.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production and Maintenance teams.
- Maintain production and quality documentation.
- Follow SOPs, safety, PPE, 5S and housekeeping standards.
