Production Technician (Night Shift) | Gross $4000++

Salary: S$2,500 – S$2,800 basic
Estimated Gross: Up to S$3,800 – S$4,200+ with OT and allowances
Working Hours: 7:00pm – 4:30am
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Location: Kaki Bukit

Benefits

• Meal allowance: S$87/month

• Night shift allowance: S$217/month

• Attendance allowance: S$60/month

• Daily OT of approximately 2.25 hours

• Variable bonus of at least 1 month

• 10 days annual leave

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for automated production lines and equipment.

• Operate, set up and troubleshoot automation equipment to ensure smooth production operations.

• Perform servicing, preventive maintenance and repairs on automation lines and equipment.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and carry out corrective maintenance where required.

• Conduct performance test runs and evaluate production processes.

• Manage and maintain spare parts inventory.

• Guide and assist operators on the basic operation of automation equipment.

• Document and maintain process changes, start-up forms and preventive maintenance schedules.

• Maintain and upkeep tools, gauges and test equipment.

Job Requirements

• Minimum NITEC in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation or a related technical discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in automation, equipment maintenance or a related field.

• Willing to work permanent night shift.

• Hands-on and technically inclined with good troubleshooting abilities.

• Good understanding of production equipment and maintenance procedures.
