Job Description:

• Responsible for daily production activities to ensure smooth operation, man power sufficient and achieved good quality output.
• Provide training for workers to meet the production goals and quality requirement.
• Investigate problem or identify potential problem, determine the root cause, provide corrective actions and prevention plans on machine.
• Ensure workers compliance with health and safety regulations, safe work practice, and proper handling of equipment and machinery.
• Propose recommendation on standard operating procedures (SOPs) or equipment improvement to maximize production efficiency and minimize the production cost.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational / Skill certificate , Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemical and Polymer, Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronic or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate & 1-2 years hands-on working experience in plastic packaging industries are welcome to apply.
• Overtime is required for this position.
• Demonstrate responsibility, good communication and interpersonal skill, leadership, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English to effectively communicate with our staff and workers.
