Production Technician / Test & Debug

Responsibilities:

1. Tune voltage regulation loops and adjust other parameters for optimal performance.
2. Diagnose and resolve complex hardware failures (PCB defects, component stress, thermal issues).
3. Conduct root cause analysis using: oscilloscopes, thermal cameras, parametric testers
4. Perform hardware testing & debugging, analyzing electronic issues in production.
5. Provide technical support/repairs on products, replacing faulty components when needed.
6. Debug and optimize test setups for DC-DC devices (functional, electrical, environmental testing).
7. Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.

3+ years in power electronics manufacturing (DC-DC converters, AC-DC supplies, or related products).

Understanding of DC/DC topologies (Buck, Boost, Flyback, LLC).

Proficiency with test equipment (oscilloscopes, electronic loads).

Knowledge of electronic components and failure analysis techniques.

Strong problem-solving & analytical skills

Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with hardware testing schemes and debugging methodologies.

Ability to analyze electronic circuits and production defects.

Speak English fluently
