Production Technology Engineer (Chachoengsao)

Location: Chachoengsao (Wellgrow)

Working Date: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 7:40 - 16:40

Key Responsibilities

• Improve process yield and production efficiency
• Develop and standardize production line operations
• Support mass production and conduct problem analysis for new product models
• Analyze and improve verification and testing procedures
• Provide training and technical support to shop floor staff
• Analyze and enhance process technology and workflows
• Implement and manage process changes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of electronic components
• Familiarity with test data analysis methods (e.g., MSA, GR&R)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar graphic software
• Strong electrical background, with knowledge of electrical control design and mechanical design
• Familiar with problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D)
• Experience with electronic product system testing
• Knowledge of electronic equipment operation, repair, and maintenance
• Ability to use electronic measurement instruments and tools
• Experience in assembling electronic equipment and instruments
• Understanding of quality systems and parts analysis
• Basic knowledge of circuit principles and audio/video equipment adjustment
• **Good command of both spoken and written English.**Chinese is a plus
