Production Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform functional and in-circuit testing (ICT) of PCBs.
• Troubleshoot defective boards and identify root causes.
• Prepare test procedures, checklists, and quality records.
• Work with R&D and production teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support NPI by developing and validating test setups and jigs.
• Ensure compliance with production and quality standards.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment.
• Identify process improvements to improve yield and efficiency.
• Train technicians and operators on testing procedures.

Requirements

• PCB testing/electronics production experience.
• Knowledge of microcontroller-based testing and firmware flashing.
• Strong understanding of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.
• Hands-on experience with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
• Knowledge of PCB schematics, ESD, soldering, and rework.
• Experience with ATE or functional test jigs is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
