Production Trainee

Experience: 0–1 Year
Qualification: ITI / Diploma or related field
Location: Koratty

Role & Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machines according to standard operating procedures.
• Assist in daily production activities to meet production targets and schedules.
• Maintain product quality by following quality control procedures and specifications.
• Record production data and other operational information accurately.
• Keep the production area clean, organized, and compliant with the regulatory standards.
• Handle raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with production, quality, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Maintain records and reports as per company requirements
• Basic understanding of machines / production processes
• Willingness to learn and work in plant environment
• Teamwork, discipline, and responsibility
