• $25.50–$27.00 per hour depending on experience
• Overtime paid at time-and-a-half
• $2,500+ referral bonuses

What You'll Do

• Keep production moving by pulling lumber from lines
• Stack, package, and prepare finished product for shipment
• Apply barcodes and perform detail-oriented tasks
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• This is hands-on, physical work in a fast-paced industrial setting where your effort directly drives production and keeps the mill running.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Lift up to 60 lbs. and stand for up to 10 hours
• Work safely around moving mechanical equipment
• Comfortable in loud conditions with airborne sawdust
• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor temperatures
