Production Worker

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Duties

• Operate woodworking equipment such as saws, routers, sanders, shapers, boring machines, and other production machinery.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, work orders, production schedules, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood and wood-based materials according to company standards.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Perform assembly of millwork products using hand and power tools.
• Sand, stain, paint, or apply other finishes as required.
• Ensure products are properly labeled, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following company housekeeping standards.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or production issues to supervision.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
• Cross-train in multiple production areas as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, woodworking, millwork, or construction experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, and production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
