What they need
- Assist in the preparation and processing of food products and materials.
- Follow production procedures, recipes, and work instructions accurately.
- Operate and assist with basic production equipment and tools.
- Measure, weigh, mix, and prepare ingredients or materials as required.
- Perform packing, labeling, sealing, and proper storage of finished products.
- Check products for quality, quantity, and proper packaging.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the production area and equipment.
- Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transferring materials when needed.
- Report damaged materials, product issues, or equipment concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintain proper organization of raw materials, supplies, and finished products.
- Complete assigned production tasks within the required timeline.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
