Duties

• Operate various food processing machinery and packaging equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards
• Follow detailed production procedures aligned with FDA regulations, HACCP principles, CGMP guidelines, and GMP standards
• Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process, conducting inspections to ensure compliance with food safety management protocols
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering to sanitation schedules and safety standards in production
• Assist in managing inventory levels using SAP or similar ERP systems to track raw materials and finished goods
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets while managing safety standards in production

Requirements

• Prior experience in food production or a food processing plant environment is highly preferred
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, GMP, and food safety management practices
• Basic math skills for measurements, weight calculations, and quality control checks
• Mechanical knowledge related to operating or troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
• Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments and sanitation procedures
• Ability to manage production or assembly teams effectively with managerial communication skills
• Familiarity with SAP or other manufacturing management systems is a plus
• Demonstrated commitment to regulatory/legal compliance standards in food manufacturing processes
• Food industry experience emphasizing food & beverage production or food processing plant operations
