Production Worker

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse / Production Associate to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within our warehouse and production environment.

Starting hours for this position is

• 8:00AM - 4:00PM

Responsibilities

• Safely operate equipment such as forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move materials efficiently throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• assisting with packing flour bags or fruit fillings depending on the day
• Follow all safety protocols and standards to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
• Perform heavy lifting tasks, with a minimum requirement of lifting at least 50 pounds, ensuring proper lifting techniques are used at all times.
• Assist in inventory management by organizing, storing, and retrieving materials as needed.
• Follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Support production activities by preparing materials and ensuring timely delivery of supplies within the facility.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating forklifts or electric pallet jacks is preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds consistently and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong adherence to safety standards and protocols in a warehouse or production setting.
• Ability to follow directions accurately and work well within a team environment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe workplace environment.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
