Production Worker - ENT-SAT Assembly

Department: Welding Department

Reports to: Welding Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Perform ENT-SAT assembly, screw fastening and basic assembly work according to work instructions and production requirements
• Operate designated screwdrivers, hand tools and equipment safely and correctly
• Ensure the correct screw type, quantity, position and fastening depth are followed according to work instructions
• Ensure screws are properly fastened without damaging the components or products
• Handle components carefully to prevent scratches, damage or incorrect assembly
• Perform basic self-checks after completing the assigned work before submitting products to QC for inspection
• Report any incorrect assembly, damaged components or other abnormalities to the Supervisor promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping at the work area
• Follow company requirements on quality, safety and production procedures/schedules
• Assist with other production and assembly tasks as assigned by the Supervisor

Job Requirements

• Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec qualification, preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Relevant manufacturing, production or assembly experience will be an advantage
• Able to follow work instructions accurately and consistently
• Good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Comfortable performing repetitive assembly work
• Able to use basic hand tools
• On-the-job training will be provided
• Responsible, careful and quality-conscious
• Good teamwork, discipline and willingness to learn

Quality Requirement

Accuracy is critical for this position. Incorrect screw type, quantity, position or fastening depth may result in component damage or product rejection. The successful candidate must be able to follow work instructions and quality requirements carefully and consistently.
