Production workshop operator

About the role

This role involves executing production processes in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP), with responsibility for overseeing document control, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining production area standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform production processes in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Oversee document control, ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and batch records are properly maintained and updated
• Participate in internal audits to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinate corrective actions for any identified nonconformities
• Ensure the availability of stock of assets, raw materials, packaging materials, work equipment, and products under the responsibility of the Production Department
• Maintain the cleanliness of the production area

About you

• High school (SMA/SMK) or Associate Degree (D3) graduate
• More than 2 years experience working in the manufacturing industry (preferably in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or food and beverage (F&B) sectors)
• Proficient in English
• Strong learning, communication, and coordination skills
• Highly disciplined
• Willing to undergo training for months if needed
