PRODUCTION/HR SUPERVISOR

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or Human Resource.
• At least 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and workplace standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: From Php23,000.00 per month
