Production/Operations Supervisor (Logistics/3PL)

About the role

Production Supervisor and Operations Supervisor roles managing day-to-day warehouse activities, monitoring performance in conformance with company policies and procedures, and optimizing resources including customer service, operations team and equipment based on projected daily volumes.

Key responsibilities:

1. Production Supervisor

• Manage day-to-day activities of account(s) and monitor performance in conformance with company policies and procedures

• Plan and optimize manpower, equipment, and warehouse resources based on daily workload.

• Supervise, coach, and support warehouse staff to achieve operational and performance targets.

• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and Dangerous Goods (DG) providers on operational and transportation matters.

• Monitor inventory movement, storage, and product rotation to ensure safety and quality standards are met.

• Drive continuous improvement by implementing and completing at least one Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) initiative annually.

• Handle and resolve daily operational issues, escalations, stock discrepancies, and customer complaints.

• Process and complete closure of CRF in SAP in a timely manner.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and regulatory requirements.

• Perform other operational duties as assigned by management.

1. Operations Supervisor

• Provide daily operational support and backup coverage when required.
• Train and certify new operations staff.
• Monitor production performance, capacity, productivity, and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with planners to manage production capacity and urgent shipments.
• Support system troubleshooting, UAT, and process improvements.
• Manage consumables budgeting, vendor quotations, and purchase requisitions.
• Monitor quality standards and support non-conformance investigations and 8D problem-solving.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain 5S workplace standards.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CTPAT, and company requirements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

About you

• Ability to work in shift if necessary to support site requirements and operational coverage. Operations will commence 24-hour shift from Jan 2027 onwards
• Minimum 3 years working experience in supply chain with warehouse management experience
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and CTPAT requirements
• Experience with Microsoft Office, WMS & SAP systems
