Production/Process Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve production line performance
• Develop SOPs and ensure compliance with food safety standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP)
• Support troubleshooting of equipment and process issues
• Assist in process trials for new products or materials
• Coordinate with QA, maintenance, and operations teams
• Document process changes and conduct training as needed
• Participate in audits, safety checks, and improvement projects

Job Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Food Engineering
• Experience in food/FMCG manufacturing is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety standards preferred
• Analytical, practical, and team-oriented
