PRODUCTION/TECHNICAL ENGINEER

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electronics and Communications Engineering
• Licensed Engineer is an advantage
• With experience as a Production Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer
• Preferably with experience in the Semiconductor Industry
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Willing to be assigned at Laguna Technopark, Sta. Rosa, Laguna
• Amenable to rendering overtime on regular days, rest days, and holidays when necessary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Production Engineering & Continuous Improvement

• Analyze production systems and implement Kaizen initiatives from input to output processes.
• Monitor manufacturing performance and identify opportunities for process optimization and productivity improvement.

New Model Preparation & Equipment Support

• New Model Preparation for Inspection Equipment: - Test equipment circuit design - Test program making - Debugging and Evaluation of Test / Inspection Equipment - Quality analysis related to test / inspection equipment - MSA , PPK Analysis - Join in preparing Process Design, DR,FMEA, QCPC

Production Planning & Coordination

• Conduct analyses of 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method), sales plans, and production achievement performance.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal and external customers regarding issues that may impact productivity and delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Logistics teams to align material availability, production capacity, and business objectives.
• Handle expediting and delivery of parts (Imported/Local)
