Productivity Coordinator

This is a Monday to Friday position, 8 hours a day, day shift. Overtime would be necessary and required as needed. This position offers a pay scale at $45,000 to $62,000 top out. Pay is based upon experience.

Ideal candidates should possess the following skill set/traits:

• Understanding of the Maintenance work order flow
• Understanding of backlog management
• Understanding of the principles with work scheduling
• Exposure to SAP and Viziya
• Well organized
• Possess great attendance and keep safety top-of-mind.
• Extremely dependable with attendance and managing lost time.
• Detail oriented.
• Forward thinking / Critical thinking
• Communicate well by email, by phone and in person.
• Ability and willingness to professionally follow up, ask questions, check progress, and other critical work execution skills for the best interest.
