PRODUCTIVITY ENGINEER

1-Analyze production processes to identify opportunities for productivity and efficiency improvement.

2-Apply continuous improvement tools such as FMEA, Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and PDCA.

3-Lead and participate in improvement projects related to cost reduction, cycle time improvement, and quality enhancement.

4-Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.

5-Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

6-Collect, analyze, and present production data using engineering and statistical methods.

7-Work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to drive improvement initiatives.

8-Support management in achieving operational KPIs and productivity targets.
