1. Main Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel polish, nail extensions, nail art, and nail repairs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
• Follow proper hygiene, sanitation, and sterilization procedures for all tools and equipment.
• Recommend suitable nail treatments and products according to customer requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nail station before, during, and after each service.
• Manage appointments efficiently and complete services within the allocated time.
• Promote salon services, packages, and nail care products to increase sales.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided, products used, and daily sales.
• Minimize product wastage and use salon materials responsibly.
• Follow salon policies, work schedules, and instructions from management.

3. Daily Duties

• Prepare the nail station and sterilize tools before starting work.
• Check the appointment schedule and prepare the required products.
• Perform nail services according to salon standards.
• Record each completed service accurately in the POS or sales system.
• Inform the manager about low stock or damaged equipment.
• Clean and disinfect the workstation after every customer.
• Achieve assigned service and sales targets.
• Report customer complaints and service issues to management.
• Complete end-of-day cleaning and workstation closing procedures.

4. Key Performance Evaluation (KPI)

The Nail Technician will be evaluated based on:

• Number of customers served.
• Revenue generated from nail services.
• Quality of service and customer feedback.
• Repeat bookings and customer retention.
• Compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Efficient use of time and products.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
