Products Engineer (Electronic)

Job Descriptions

• Review and understand the customer data package (BOM, Gerber files, drawings, and other requirements).
• Coordinate communication and product notifications between the customer and the team.
• Communicate with customers regarding technical issues related to the project or product.
• Assist in problem-solving, recommending, and executing product changes as needed to correct non-conforming conditions or to support continuous product improvement.
• Manage internal Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Product Change Notifications (PCNs) with customers.
• Create, maintain, and support the SAP system, including master data, BOMs, and routings.
• Lead meetings and communications with the team and customers regarding product changes.
• Other assignments from the supervisor
• Opportunity to participate in an overseas observational visit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electronic/Electrical/Computer/Mechatronics Engineering or related field

• Basic knowledge of electronic components and electronic circuits is required.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• A can-do attitude with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Fluent in reading and writing Thai, with full working rights in Thailand.

• Demonstrates eagerness to work in Chiang Mai.

• Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

• Some experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industries is preferred but not required, and recent graduates are welcome.
