QUALIFICATIONS:

Educational Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering or related field of study.

Work Experience

• Proven experience working in a related field
• One (1) year experience in Administrative/Coordinator role

JOB ROLE:

• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures for Restaurants.
• Organizing, attending, and participating in meetings with coordination to the Project Manager (Cebu Based)
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Providing administrative support as needed.
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
• Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

SCHEDULE:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday - Saturday

LOCATION:

• Metro Manila
