About the role

R1 RCM PHILIPPINES, INC. seeks an experienced Profee Medical Coder to join our team. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for accurately coding and classifying medical procedures and diagnoses based on established guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications

• Medical Allied course graduate

• An active Medical Coding Certification (CPC, CCS-P, COC, or CCS)

• At least 2 years of Profee Medical Coding experience

  • OBYGN with Urology Specialty
  • General Surgery Coders with experience in Orthopedic and Bariatric Surgical coding
  • Cardiology Coder with comprehensive experience across cardiology coding services
  • General Surgery, Gastroenterology, and Nephrology

• Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, disease processes, medical terminology, and cardiac devices.

• Experience in invasive and noninvasive cardiology, including electrophysiology, cardiac device, cardiothoracic, and vascular procedure coding.

• Experience using different EHR’s and coding systems including Epic or other professional fee coding systems.

• Experience supporting multispecialty Professional Fee coding environments.
