Perfil Profesional:  Psicóloga y/o carreras afines, con experiencia en talento humano, capacitación, selección, etc.
Experiencia:  Mínima de 2 años

Misiones principales:

• Gestionar integralmente el ciclo de atracción y selección
• Administrar el proceso de reclutamiento
• Impulsar la participación en iniciativas corporativas y proyectos transversales
• Ejecutar el proceso de capacitación
• Ejecutar la estrategia de Gestión de Talento y

Condiciones contractuales:

• Salario básico
• Auxilio de alimentación
• Afiliación al sistema de seguridad social y demás beneficios de ley

Adicional; al cumplir 4 meses en la compañía, podrá vincularse al pacto colectivo, recibiendo beneficios.
