About the Role
Requirements
- Valid certificate or diploma in barbering or a relevant specialist field.
- Minimum 2–3 years' practical barbershop or salon experience.
- Strong knowledge of current styles and diverse hair textures.
- Excellent communication and client-relationship skills.
- Reliable and professional attitude.
- Current professional portfolio.
- Confidence in classic and modern cuts, fades, line-ups and finishing.
- Experience in beard shaping, grooming and care.
- Safe and confident use of clippers, scissors and razors.
- Knowledge of pre- and post-shave care and common contraindications.
- Excellent hygiene, disinfection and sterilisation practices.
- Strong time-management skills.
Shortlisted candidates will complete a practical haircut/fade/finish and/or beard-service assessment.
