Job Description

The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a critical role in transforming raw sales
data into strategic insights that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. This individual will work directly with sales operations, and client team to design, develop, and maintain robust reporting frameworks and dashboards. With a deep command of sales metrics and KPIs, the analyst will serve as the data authority for all sales performance, enabling leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with technical proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, and Advanced Excel, and thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment.

Sales Metrics & KPI Management 

• Build predictive models and scenario analyses to support sales forecasting, capacity planning, and quota setting. • Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Proactively identify analytical gaps and recommend new reporting frameworks to improve decision-making capabilities. BI Tools & Reporting • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for sales leadership and program managers. • Build and manage Salesforce reports, dashboards, and custom views to support day-to day sales operations. • Create advanced Excel models including pivot tables, dynamic charts, and complex formulas for ad hoc analysis and financial modeling. • Ensure all dashboards and reports are optimized for performance, usability, and self service accessibility.
