Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, kitchens, hallways, and common areas by following established protocols.
• Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Restock supplies like paper towels, soap dispensers, and other essentials to ensure continuous availability.
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules promptly and effectively.
• Address special cleaning requests or spot-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold high standards of hygiene.
• Assist with basic janitorial tasks such as waste removal and window cleaning to support overall facility maintenance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning roles is highly preferred.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Nice-to-have skills include cooking experience for roles that involve food service areas or hospitality environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude are essential for providing exceptional customer service.
