Pristine Clean Indy LLC is looking for dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated Professional Cleaners to join our growing cleaning team.

We service residential homes and short-term rental properties, including Airbnb and vacation-rental properties, throughout Indianapolis and surrounding communities.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys transforming spaces, works well independently and with a team, and understands that the smallest details can make the difference between an average cleaning and a 5-star experience.

We operate using standardized cleaning protocols, checklists, photo documentation, and quality-control procedures. Team members are expected to follow Pristine Clean's systems and standards on every assigned property.

Compensation & Growth

Starting Pay: $19.00/hour

Team members may also be eligible for:

• Up to 20% performance-based commission per completed cleaning job
• Hourly increases based on demonstrated performance, reliability, quality, and consistency
• Advancement up to $24/hour for long-term, top-tier performance and trust
• Overtime compensation when applicable
• Paid travel time between assigned job sites during the workday
• Applicable travel/gas stipends

Commission and advancement opportunities are performance-based and are not guaranteed.

What You'll Do

As a Professional Cleaner with Pristine Clean Indy LLC, your responsibilities may include:

• Perform residential and short-term rental cleaning services
• Prepare properties to clean, organized, and guest-ready standards
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other assigned spaces
• Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and detail surfaces
• Make and professionally stage beds
• Organize and stage rooms for presentation
• Follow property-specific instructions and cleaning protocols
• Complete required pre-service and post-service checklists
• Take clear before-and-after service photos
• Identify and report property damages, maintenance concerns, stains, or missing items
• Monitor and report cleaning supply levels
• Properly use and maintain company cleaning equipment
• Clock in and out accurately through company systems
• Communicate delays, concerns, damages, or questions to management
• Secure client properties before leaving
• Travel between assigned properties as scheduled

Requirements

Applicants must:

• Have reliable transportation
• Maintain a valid driver's license and applicable vehicle insurance
• Have a reliable smartphone with access to company applications
• Be able to travel between client properties
• Be able to arrive at assigned jobs on time
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Wear required company attire/uniform while servicing properties
• Be comfortable performing physically active cleaning work
• Be willing to follow Pristine Clean Indy LLC's cleaning procedures, SOPs, checklists, and quality standards
• Be comfortable working in different residential and short-term rental environments

Previous professional cleaning, housekeeping, Airbnb/STR turnover, hotel housekeeping, or residential cleaning experience is preferred, but candidates who demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

We Provide the Cleaning Equipment

Pristine Clean Indy LLC provides the professional cleaning supplies and equipment necessary to complete assigned services.

Team members are responsible for properly maintaining, organizing, cleaning, and caring for company-issued equipment and supplies.

Technology & Communication

Our cleaning operations are technology-based.

Team members use company applications to:

• View assigned jobs
• Review property instructions
• Follow cleaning checklists
• Clock in and out
• Upload required service photos
• Document damages and concerns
• Report inventory needs
• Communicate with management

Applicants should be comfortable learning and consistently using mobile applications as part of their normal workday.

Scheduling

Schedules are determined by client bookings, business demand, and employee availability.

A minimum number of weekly hours is not guaranteed.

Applicants should provide accurate availability and communicate scheduling limitations in advance.

Additional scheduling opportunities may become available to employees who consistently demonstrate strong attendance, reliability, quality, professionalism, and efficiency.
