Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
• Prepare and organize spaces by tidying rooms and arranging furniture or household items as needed
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and used efficiently
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service
• Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Assist with light cooking or meal preparation if required by clients, demonstrating versatility in household tasks

Skills

• Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus for diverse client interactions
• Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities to complete tasks efficiently
• Experience in residential cleaning, laundry, and general housekeeping duties
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and safety standards
• Hospitality-minded attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Basic cooking skills to assist with meal preparation when needed
