Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to meet high standards of hygiene and presentation
• Manage laundry services efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens according to client preferences
• Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency during all tasks
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, providing exceptional customer service at all times
• Manage time effectively to complete scheduled cleaning appointments promptly while maintaining quality standards
• Uphold confidentiality and respect clients’ privacy by adhering to professional boundaries and discretion

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required
• Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently within tight schedules
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
• Basic knowledge of laundry procedures
• Demonstrated time management skills with a proactive approach to completing duties on schedule
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a lively environment
