Professional Cleaner

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires individuals who are proactive, reliable, and capable of performing heavy lifting as needed.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in designated areas.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete cleaning tasks.
• Conduct facilities maintenance as required, addressing minor repairs and reporting larger issues to management.
• Manage time efficiently to ensure all cleaning duties are completed within scheduled shifts.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning needs and any potential hazards.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting occupants with their needs.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition.
• Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Skills

• Strong ability to perform heavy lifting as required for various cleaning tasks.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize duties effectively.

Looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Professional Cleaner with at least 2 years of experience in residential or commercial cleaning.

Starting Rate:

• $20/hr – if you don’t drive
• $25/hr – if you have a valid driver’s license and can drive
