Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Professional Cleaner to join our team. As a Professional Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hyenine in various settings. From Offices and residential spaces to commercial establishments, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and sanitary environment for our clients.

The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. The custodian cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer and client satisfaction. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough and detailed cleaning all assigned areas to Great Expectations Cleaning Solution and client standards and requirements. Assigned area(s) include but not limited to rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, kitchen, breakrooms and windows and fixtures.
• Cleans include but not limited to Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming floors, remove debris, clean spills, dust furniture, equipment, fixtures, shelves, and products as expected. Clean windows and mirrored surfaces: polish stainless steel surfaces.
• Ensure all supplies are properly stocked in areas needed.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to achieve exceptional results.
• Empty and dispose of trash receptacles in accordance with established procedures.
• Sanitize and disinfect high-touch surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and routines to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals in accordance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
• Maintains a clean and orderly environment to protect the safety and health of others by following company protocols including building security.
• Perform any additional duties as directed by management.
• Properly cleans and maintains equipment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in professional cleaning, with a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift/carry cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass Background Check & Drug Testing
