Professional Cook

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals according to the required menu and preferences.
• Cook Indian, North Indian and other required cuisines.
• Maintain taste, quality and presentation of food.
• Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen and cooking utensils.
• Manage and maintain kitchen ingredients and supplies.
• Plan daily food requirements and avoid unnecessary wastage.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain proper storage of vegetables, groceries and other food items.
• Prepare meals on time as per the daily schedule.
• Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Indian cooking.
• Ability to prepare a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
• Good knowledge of spices, ingredients and cooking techniques.
• Clean and hygienic working habits.
• Time management and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication and cooperative attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
