Qualifications and Skills - Knowledge or experience using Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including: - Adobe Premiere Pro - Adobe Photoshop - Adobe Illustrator - Adobe After Effects - Adobe Lightroom - Proficiency in Canva and other graphic design, video editing, or content creation tools. - Ability to create professional graphics, promotional materials, social media content, and/or edited videos. - Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling skills. - Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and communicate professionally. - Willingness to accept constructive feedback and improve work quality. - Ability to demonstrate editing capabilities through a portfolio or work samples. Educational Requirements - Preferred: Bachelor's degree graduates in Multimedia Arts, Information Technology, Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field. - College undergraduates: Applicants who have successfully completed at least two years of college in a course related to editing, multimedia, graphic design, or content creation are welcome to apply. - Senior High School graduates: Also eligible if they demonstrate exceptional editing skills, relevant technical knowledge, and a portfolio showcasing their abilities. Experience Requirements - Applicants with professional or freelance experience in video editing, graphic design, multimedia production, or digital content creation are preferred. - Internship experience and personal or academic projects may also be considered. - Entry-level applicants and fresh graduates are welcome if they can demonstrate their skills through a portfolio or work samples. - Applicants with advanced technical skills, specialized expertise, and relevant experience may qualify for higher project rates. Professional experience is preferred but not strictly required. We value demonstrated skills, creativity, reliability, and the ability to deliver quality work. Compensation and Project Rates Compensation ranges from ₱500 to ₱1,500 or more per project, depending on the project's complexity, workload, required skills, and the editor's level of expertise. - ₱500: Basic editing tasks and less complex projects. - ₱1,000: Intermediate projects requiring additional editing skills and creative work. - ₱1,500 or more: Advanced projects requiring specialized expertise, complex editing, or high-quality production. Higher rates may be offered to applicants who demonstrate exceptional skills, specialized expertise, and consistently high-quality output. Final rates, deliverables, and deadlines will be discussed and agreed upon before each project begins. This is a project-based opportunity, not a fixed monthly salary.
